Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope
AI Product Assurance is operated by Anastasiia Russkikh, an individual operating from Kazakhstan ("we", "us"). Contact: mvp.anastasia@gmail.com. These terms cover nocodeapp.io and the AI Product Assurance workspace, which may also display the name AI Product Architecture OS.
2. Private beta and use of the service
The service is in private beta. Public registration and public checkout are not yet open. Access is by invitation and depends on the features enabled in your workspace. Requesting early access is free, creates no payment obligation and does not reserve a particular price, feature or launch date.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. What the service provides
AI Product Assurance helps you capture product context, architecture decisions, evidence and open risks, and maintain a product record through changes in your team or tools. Depending on availability and your plan, it offers AI-assisted analysis, governed collaboration and a separately purchased Product Context PDF for developer handoff.

Business activation, additional credit packs and Sessions are not currently available to purchase. Architects, developers and consultants have their own professional-service scope, rates and terms; their fees are not included in workspace pricing.
4. Prices, subscriptions and delivery
Pro is a monthly subscription. The Product Context PDF is a separate one-time purchase. Catalog prices are displayed in USD. The applicable price, billing interval, included credits and any taxes or additional charges are shown before you confirm a purchase. Requesting access or visiting the website does not authorise a charge.
When a purchase is enabled and payment is confirmed, paid workspace access or the purchased PDF is provided through the application. Subscription renewal follows the interval and renewal terms disclosed for that purchase until cancelled. The cost of a paid analysis action is shown before you confirm it. Assurance Credits and Session Credits are distinct and are not interchangeable.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms: https://nocodeapp.io/refund/. For purchases covered by that policy, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first Pro payment, any renewal or a Product Context PDF purchase. No reason is required. Using credits or receiving or downloading the PDF does not, by itself, exclude a refund.
Cancellation stops future renewals. With an ordinary cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation alone does not refund a payment. Email mvp.anastasia@gmail.com or use a subscription-management option offered by your original payment provider. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains requests, processing and the consequences for refunded access. Mandatory rights and rights already attached to an earlier purchase remain protected.
6. Payment providers
The seller or payment provider is identified at checkout and on your receipt. Refunds are handled through the original payment provider; changing providers does not transfer earlier payments.
Only for orders actually sold by Paddle: Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, handling billing support and refunds. The Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to those orders:

Paddle billing support is available at https://paddle.net. This section applies only when your order is actually sold by Paddle.
7. AI output and service limitations
AI-assisted output is based on the information provided and may contain errors or omissions. Review it before relying on it and obtain qualified professional review where appropriate.
AI Product Assurance does not build, design or develop your application for you and is not a substitute for a developer, architect or specialist adviser. It does not guarantee production safety, launch success, scalability, legal compliance, app-store acceptance or market readiness. It does not provide legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
8. Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in content you or your team submit. We do not claim ownership of it and use it to provide the service. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy: https://nocodeapp.io/privacy.html. Workspace participants can access content according to their assigned roles and permissions.
You must have the right to submit and share your content. Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Keep your account access secure. Do not submit passwords, secret keys or complete payment-card details as project content.
9. Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use alone does not cancel a paid subscription; follow Section 5. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms, with notice where practical. This does not remove applicable refund or other mandatory rights.
10. Third-party services and mandatory rights
Some functions rely on hosting, authentication, AI and payment providers. Their services may have their own applicable terms. This does not remove our responsibilities to you under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The service limitations described above do not remove mandatory consumer guarantees. These terms do not select an exclusive court or require arbitration. Applicable law determines jurisdiction and the rights available in a dispute.
11. Changes and contact
We will identify updates by changing the date on this page. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated where required, and consent will be obtained where required by law. Changes will not retrospectively reduce refund rights already granted for an earlier payment.
