Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

This is a working draft prepared ahead of launch. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be published as final until it has been.

1. Acceptance

By joining the waitlist or, once available, using the AI Product Assurance platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the product.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not reserve a specific price, feature set, or launch date, and we may change any of these before launch.

3. What the platform is

AI Product Assurance is a product continuity tool. It records your product's architecture decisions, evidence, and open risks so that information isn't lost when a developer, architect, or tool changes.

4. What the platform is not

AI Product Assurance does not build, design, or develop your application for you, and is not a no-code builder, a development agency, or a substitute for a developer or architect. It does not guarantee production safety, launch success, scalability, legal compliance, or market readiness. It does not provide legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.

5. Your content

You own the content you put into your workspace — product descriptions, architecture decisions, evidence, and anything else you or your team add. We don't claim ownership of it and only use it to provide the service to you.

6. Third-party services

Certain features rely on third-party providers — for example, payment processing and AI-assisted analysis. Those providers have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or performance.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to store or process content you don't have the right to, or in a way that violates applicable law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Product Assurance is provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use, including decisions made based on information it provides. [This section requires review and localization by counsel before publishing.]

10. Governing law

[Insert governing law and jurisdiction before publishing — to be determined based on where the operating entity is registered.]

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
